Core Objective

To deliver high-quality science instruction that fosters critical thinking, scientific literacy, and inquiry-based learning for students in grades 6–8.

Primary Responsibilities

• Instruction: Design and implement standards-based lessons (NGSS) covering Life, Physical, and Earth Sciences.

• Lab Leadership: Facilitate hands-on laboratory experiences, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and equipment maintenance.

• Assessment: Utilize formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies.

• Classroom Management: Establish a structured, inclusive learning environment conducive to adolescent development.

• Collaboration: Participate in grade-level and departmental meetings to align curriculum and analyze student data.

• Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders (parents, administration, and colleagues) regarding student achievement.

Requirement	Specification
Education	Bachelor’s degree in Science or Secondary Education.
Licensure	Valid State Teaching License with Middle School Science endorsement.
Technical Skills	Proficiency in Google Workspace and digital science applications.
Experience	Prior classroom experience in a middle school setting preferred.
