General Maintenance and Repair: Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and masonry.

HVAC and Mechanical Systems: Conduct basic diagnostic checks and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Maintain and repair boilers, fans, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.

Groundskeeping: Maintain school grounds, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and applying fertilizers. Assist with athletic field preparation and marking. Remove snow and ice from walkways and parking lots during inclement weather.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations, district policies, and Oklahoma laws regarding construction and hazardous materials.

Work Orders: Respond to and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner. Document all completed tasks, materials used, and time spent on each project.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as district vehicles and equipment such as lawnmowers, tractors, and lifts.

Building Upkeep: Perform general upkeep such as replacing light bulbs, repairing broken fixtures, and patching drywall. Assist with moving and setting up furniture and equipment for special events or classroom reconfigurations.
